I am currently a member of the OLX Motors Product Design team, collaborating with 20 talented designers throughout PT, RO and PL markets. My journey began by assisting in the creation of a post-paid monetization model and improving the experience for car parts sellers. I have since transitioned to focusing on enhancing the overall user experience for car buyers and sellers on our classified platforms. Utilizing data-driven insights, I work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align our efforts. I also collaborate with the Research and Product Analytics teams to identify user pain points and expectations, ensuring that my designs provide the most fitting and consistent user experience possible. Clear communication is a priority as I engage with teams and stakeholders, emphasizing the platform and user benefits in my design decisions. Additionally, I strive to improve accessibility and enhance our workflow and design system for continuous improvement.
